What method of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card - Visa and Mastercard or Paypal. Rest assured all payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Are your products dishwasher/microwave safe?

You may refer to individual product description.

The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?

Fret not! You may join the waiting list to indicate your interest and we will notify you when the item is restocked.

Can I amend or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you made an accidental error, no worries! Just drop us an e-mail at hello@fridaydews.com within an hour of your transaction with your order details and we will be able to assist you. Unfortunately, after the first hour, orders will not be able to be amended or cancelled.

I have received a broken / defective glassware. Can I get a replacement?

At Friday Dews, we take pride in securely packing our products to minimize the chances of breakage during transit. While it's unlikely, accidents can still happen.

Please reach out to us at hello@fridaydews.com within 7 days with photos and details of the damage and/or defect, and our dedicated customer support team will promptly assist you in finding a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to ensure you have a positive shopping experience.

Can I opt for self-collection?
